PRICE: $775 USD | Deposit: $250 P/P (nonrefundable)
DATE(S): TBD (4 Day)
SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: Tour packages are priced with two people sharing a room, with the cost of the lodging being divided by two people. If only one person occupies the room, then the entire cost of the lodging is absorbed by one person. Rather than double the price of the tour, we add a single supplement to address the lodging costs. We do our best to keep single supplement costs as low as possible to accommodate single travelers requiring a private room. Please contact us before booking if you plan on traveling alone or have further questions about single supplement cost.
Day 1 (Midtown): First stop, Central Park. Witness the locations where some of the most iconic movie scenes were filmed. Marvel at enchanting monuments and beautiful bridges. Next, we’ll stroll down glamorous 5th Avenue in the heart of midtown Manhattan. Pass Rockefeller Center, home to NBC Studios and Radio City Music Hall, and an Art Deco triumph. Marvel at the grandeur of St. Patrick’s Cathedral, with its 26-foot-wide rose window and soaring Gothic spires.
Day 2 (Downtown): First up, a visit to Liberty Island, home of the Statue of Liberty. Followed by a short ferry ride over to Ellis Island, NYC’s immigration hub. We’ll continue exploring Lower Manhattan, which is considered the birthplace of New York City. It was first settled in the 17th century, when the Dutch founded the colony of “Nieuw Amsterdam” on the site of today’s Financial District.
Day 3 (Chinatown / Little Italy): Numerous ethnic groups have transformed the landscape of New York City, but only two have neighborhoods named after them: Little Italy and Chinatown. We’ll embark on a walking tour of both neighborhoods to see what’s below the surface that makes both so unique and intriguing.
Day 4 (Greenwich Village): Take a bite out of New York City’s hippest area which long ago earned a reputation as a magnet for bohemians and intellectuals. We’ll seek out classic “mom and pop” specialty food shops and charming neighborhood restaurants.
Return home to the USA or extend your trip.

It can be difficult to join a tour after it has begun and we don’t advise it. It is possible to leave a tour early; however you will be responsible for your own arrangements from the moment you decide to leave the tour. You would also be responsible for all costs associated with joining a tour late or leaving one early. If you feel this may be necessary please consult a Discovery Adventures specialist before you book your adventure.

If you do require a visa you can arrange them yourself or use the services of a visa processing company.
What vaccinations are recommended for my adventure?
